Julia Rodriquez, an exceptional worker at Kips Bay, for many years. She goes beyond her work and duties to accommodate the tenants. She has been consistent during many years as a worker. Few companies have come and go, but Julia, has manager to lead by example and hard work. She has been a great access to Beam Living. Great place to live and great renovation have been done to the buildings, which makes it a better living headquarters. 500 11D

I’m a huge fan of this complex, the location, and the people who work in the building. The employees make you feel like you are part of a community and really make the place feel like home. In particular, the staff in the package room is always such a breath of fresh air. They greet you with a smile and do anything they can to help you with whatever you came in there for. The whole staff is excellent and in particular Mike, who I speak with very often, always sees to it that I’m taken care of and operates with such positivity that it makes me look forward to walking into the office. I can’t say I know of too many other complexes where people feel this way but this is what makes Kips Bay Court a special place.

We are super appreciative of the staff working in Kips Bay Court. If you are considering to move in, the staff here will make a difference in making your life easier! Special shoutout to: 1. Nelson from maintenance team is AMAZING! I put in the maintenance request last evening and here he is next morning, bright and early, with his efficient and reliable service. It is always nice to have a familiar face helping us with our requests 2. Mike in the mailroom is EXCEPTIONAL! He has an amazing memory, remembering the names of my husband and mine and our apartment unit (even after we were away for awhile!). I've seen reviews he has done that to others too. He never fails to greet us with a big and warm smile. Thank you for making a difference in our short but wonderful stay at Kips Bay Court! Location is also perfect in the city with grocery stores and great food along 3rd ave!

Recently, we had an outstanding service experience with Behar and Jonas. Their efficiency and professionalism were truly exceptional. Not only did they quickly resolve our refrigerator's cooling issues, but Behar went above and beyond by fixing a leaking water pipe as well. Both were incredibly friendly and approachable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are immensely grateful for their help and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of expert appliance repair.

I have lived at Kips Bay Court for 4 years. Very well maintained building and great location. One of the best aspects of living here is the maintenance team. They are very hard working, always responsive and ready to help ! As an example, my AC had issues and the maintenance team was able to replace it with a brand new one in a matter of a few hours. I was very impressed by the great maintenance service of Mr. Nelson Mora, who drove to pick up the new AC and performed an excellent replacement & installation work in a matter of a few hours! Thanks to Mr. Nelson Mora, you made our day ! Also a special thanks to Eli, the Building superintendent, for being always available to help day and night. You are amazing. Kips Bay Court is very recommended.
